Core C++17 library for writing Endless Online applications.

The protocol code is generated from the eo-protocol XML specification. The API follows the conventions of eolib-dotnet and eolib-go. The source code is available on GitHub.

Features

Read and write the following EO data structures:

Client and server packets (eolib::protocol::net::client, eolib::protocol::net::server)
Endless Map Files (EMF) (eolib::protocol::map)
Client pub files: items, NPCs, spells and classes (eolib::protocol::pub)
Server pub files: talk, shops, drops, inns and skill masters (eolib::protocol::pub::server)

Installation

Add eolib to a CMake project with FetchContent using the release source archive, or extract a prebuilt package from the releases and use find_package(eolib CONFIG REQUIRED). Either way, link the eolib::eolib target:
